Living in Wellington I see politicians out and about a fair bit. My two favourite Grant Robertson sightings: at a Communist book launch singing along to The Red Flag- "The people's flag is deepest red, it shrouded oft our martyred dead..."
But even better than that was at the closing event of Verb 202(3?) when Robertson lip-synced the whole of "I Have Loved me a Man (like my Momma did)" to Poet Laureate Chris Tse. Actually, not sure if that counts as a sighting in the wild, nevertheless it was one of the greatest things I've ever seen.
Fab review. Nice one.
Thanks for reading, man!
Omg. One of my fav bands. And I missed them!

Fun Robertson fact, he is married to a bus driver named Alf: they met through the gay rugby team the Krazy Knights. https://collections.tepapa.govt.nz/object/1848529
